Day 1: Arrival in Guiyang (/)
Arrive at Guiyang airport, You will be met at airport and then transferred to hotel. If the time is enough, you can stroll around Jiaxiu Pavilion-the landmark building of Guiyang, which has a history of more than 400 year.
Day 2: Guiyang-Zhaoxing Photo Tour (/)
This morning you will be transferred to Zhaoxing, which is one of the largest Dong villages in the region with more than 700 households. First you will shoot Tang An Rice Terrace. The terraces are beautiful -- a real photographer's dream and an amazing feat of farming. Then you will head to Zhaoxing Dong village. Zhao Xing is chosen as one of China's six most beautiful villages by the China National Geographic, and has been called No.1 Dong village. The village is divided into five small villages. Each village has its own drum. What's more, the five drum tower is different in their appearance, height, size and style.
Day 3: Zhaoxing-Huanggang-Xiaohuang-Congjiang Photo Tour (/)
Today you will drive to Huanggang Dong village-the best preserved village of Dong Culture. Then head to Xiaohuang Miao village. It is renowned for the polyphonic choir singing called Kgal Laox in their own language, which can be literally translated as Kam Grand Choir in English. The Kam Grand Choir has been listed by the UNESCO as a world-class intangible cultural heritage since 2009. We will arrange a performance of the Kam Grand Choir.
Day 4: Congjiang-Biasha-Jiabang Photo Tour (/)
This morning we will drive to Biasha-the Last gunmen tribe. Each male adult of this village owns a powder gun. Biasha is a small Miao village with very little signs of modern influence for Guizhou travel. The people rarely venture out of the village except for selling firewood and shopping for daily necessities in markets, and both men and women can be seen in traditional costumes, wearing their long hair.
Then continue to visit Jiabang Rice Terrace. In Jiabang, the magnificent natural scenery of rice terraces is combined with the peaceful and unique wooden Miao houses. All reflect the beauty of the harmony between human and nature. You can photograph mirror-like terraces in spring, verdant terraces in summer, and gold terraces in autumn. In the early morning, you can shoot the mysterious scenery with cloud and mist in Jiabang Rice Terraces.
Day 5: Jiabang-Zhanli-Congjiang Photo Tour (/)
This day you will be driven to the magic Miao vliiage-Zhanli. It is famous because in the village there are only a boy and a girl in each family. This is a mysterious region we will explore.
Day 6: Congjiang-Xijiang Photo Tour (/)
This morning we will go to Xijiang, which known as the biggest Miao Ethnic village in the world. For centuries the Miao have settled amidst this tranquil foothills and valleys undulating away from their revered mountain. A visit to Xijiang Miao Village and gain a glimpse into their culture has become one of China's most unique travel experiences. Xijiang Miao Village is also a center for grand Miao festivals and celebrations. Famous festivals include the Lusheng Festival, the Miao New Year and Sisters' Meal Festival and so on. Songs and dance are a major part of these festivals for tourists to enjoy.
Day 7: Xijiang-Guiyang Departure (/)
This morning you can get up eraly to see the morning secenery in Xijiang. Then you can enjoy some free time before leaving for the airport.
