Day 1: Arrival at Xian airport(/)
The Classic 4 Days Xian Tour starts from the airport pick up service when you arrive in Xian. Pick up at airport and transfer to your hotel. After a little rest we visit Shaanxi Provincial History Museum, a magnificent modern national museum, which built in the dignified and elegant Tang-dynasty style. The superb craftsmanship of 370,000 relics including murals, paintings, pottery, coins, as well as bronze, gold, and silver objects shows the splendor of Chinese civilization. Then visit Xian Ancient City Wall---the best preserved, oldest and largest ancient city defense system in China. The wall has a history of over 600 years.
Then comes to today's highlight: The Great Mosque. It is the largest and best preserved mosques of China which built in the later 14th century. Feel the Spotless clean Solemn religious atmosphere in this Secluded quiet place and watch the true representative of art--various ancient colored paintings. After that, transfer you back to the hotel. End today.
Day 2: Xian (B, L)
Pick up from your hotel in Xian at about 8:00. First visit the Terracotta Warriors---the world's cultural legacy, the Eighth Wonder of the World. The large scale of sumptuous military line-up consist of real size soldiers figures re-creates the powerful Qin army which swept the other six countries away 2000 years ago.
After lunch, we return to the downtown of Xian city and visit Big Goose Pagoda. The Big Goose Pagoda is situated in the Da Ci'en Temple, four kilometers away from the downtown. It is one of the city's most distinctive and outstanding landmarks, possibly the most beautiful building in Xian as well. Day ended.
Day 3: Xian (B, L)
Pick up from your hotel in Xian at around 8:00. First drive 120 km west to Famen Temple. It has the world oldest, largest and highest-ranking Buddhist pagoda. A great amount of Buddhist relics were found including four finger sarira relics.
After lunch, visit Qianling Tomb, where Empress Wu Zetian, the only Empress in Chinese history was buried. Qianling Tomb was first built in 684 A.D. and its construction took 23 years. The More than 120 exquisite and beautiful carved stones reflect the prosperity of Tang dynasty. After the tour, you are transferred to your hotel in Xian.
Day 4: Xian Exit (B)
After breakfast, you are transferred to Xian Train Station, or Xian Airport. your 4 days Xian tour ends.
