Day 1: Arrival in Beijing (/)
Upon your arrival at the Beijing, you will be met by our guide and driver and be transfered to your hotel in Beijing. Free for rest of the day.
Day 2: Beijing City (B, L)
Your first visit will be the Forbidden City, the largest ancient architectural complex extant today, is splendid crystallization of ancient Chinese architectural art. Then go on to Tiananmen Square, where you can visit Tiananmen Tower, Monument to the People's Heroes, Great Hall of the People, Mao Zedong Memorial Hall and see the national flag raising ceremony. It is the must place to visit in Beijing City.
After enjoying lunch, you will visit the Temple of Heaven, the place where the emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties worshipped heaven and prayed for peace and harvest. The next destination is the Summer Palace-a masterpiece of Chinese landscape garden design. The palace has three unique areas: Court Area, Longevity Hill Area and Kunming Lake Area. After that back to your hotel. You can see the Peking Opera Show in the evening.
Day 3: Badaling Great Wall and Ming Tombs (B, L)
After breakfast you will have a full excursion tour to Badaling Great Wall, a typical section of the Great Wall, is the most famous place in China and is always thronged with visitors coming from all over the world.Then, continue to visit Dingling, one of the Ming Tombs, where 13 emperors were buried in Ming Dynasty.
Day 4: Beijing - Zhangjiajie (B, L)
Free in the morning until you will be driven to airport for for Zhangjiajie. Arrival in Zhangjiajie. Meet and transfer to your hotel. Check in at your hotel and free rest of the day.
Day 5: Zhangjiajie (B, L)
Full excursion tour to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The Park has more than 3000 surprising pillar-like formations pulling out from earth and seen throughout the park. First take elevator up to Yellow Stone Stronghold. From the top you can see nearly half the peaks of Zhangjiajie.
After lunch, your afternoon tour will focus on the Golden Whip Stream which is reputed as the most beautiful canyon in the world. It is famous for its pristine water, its verdant mountains, its steep cliffs and its serene valley.
Day 6: Zhangjiajie - Shanghai (B, L)
Today's highlight is to explore Tianzi Mountain. In Tianzi Mountain, the huge forests of pillars stand foursquare against the distant blue hills. Here every rock,crag and gully has been given a fanciful name. The highest peak is Tianzi Peak which has an elevation of 1,262.5 meters. It served by cable car. There you can see solitary and clustering mountains among the clouds mid mist.
After finish your today's tour you will flight for Shanghai. Your guide will meet you at the exit of the arrival hall of the airport and escort you to your hotel in Shanghai.
Day 7: Shanghai City (B, L)
This morning you can have a good rest or explore the modern city by yourself. After lunch, your first Shanghai visit is Yuyuan Garden, which owns the exquisite layout, beautiful scenery, and the artistic style of Chinese private gardens.Then go on to visit the Old City God's Temple Bazaar from the Song Dyansty. After enjoying your dinner, you will be arranged to enjoy the fantastic Acrobatics show.
Day 8: Shanghai City (B, L)
After breakfast, explore the Shanghai Museum, a museum for ancient arts. Shanghai Museum is especially famous for its treasures of bronzes, ceramics and paintings and calligraphy. Then escort you to visit the "paradise of top-tier shopping"-Nanjing Road. It is a particular walking street with shopping, tourist, business and culture. Then Walk along The Bund, one of the most recognizable architectural symbols of Shanghai.
In afternoon proceed to Shanghai's new zone-Pudong( east of Huangpu River) and ascend Jinmao Tower to have an eye-bird's view of Shanghai city. Finally you will have a chance to take one hour cruising on Huang Pu River. Then back to your hotel.
Day 9: Depart Shanghai (B)
Transfer you to Shanghai airport to prepare for your departure flight.
