Day 1 Arrival of Guilin (/)
Upon your arrival in Guilin, our guide and driver will greet you at the exit of Guilin airport. Please look for a welcome sign with your name on it. Then our guide and driver will escort and transfer to your hotel in Guilin.
Day 2 Li River Hiking tour, stay in Xingping hotel (B)
After breakfast, our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Guilin at about 8:00 am and drive to Yangdi. Today's hiking is from Yangdi to Xingping. The hiking takes 4-6 hours and you also need to take three times ferry on the way before you arrive Xingping old town. You may have a stroll along the Xingping old street before dinner. You will stay in Xingping hotel.
Day 3 Xingping to Yangshuo, stay in Yangshuo hotel (B)
Enjoy free leisure time in the morning until to be transferred Yangshuo. Yangshuo is a paradise for backpackers and free individual travelers. There are quite a lot outdoor activities available in Yangshuo (optional, price exclude). After lunch time we suggest you just rest and relax in the West Street in Yangshuo, or you can participate some Yangshuo outdoor activities like cycling in Yangshuo or take bamboo rafting on Yulong River in Yangshuo.
Day 4 Yangshuo to Ping'an, Longji (B)
You will depart from the Yangshuo hotel in the morning and drive about 3 hours to Longji, Longsheng. Longsheng is located in the mountainous area about 110 km on the northeastern part of Guilin. The natural beauty and the colorful ethnic Chinese cultures and customs attract people from all over the world. You will visit the Huangluo Yao village first and then move drive to Ping'an village. Ping'an is a village of Zhuang minority village and it is the most famous part of Longji Dragon Backbone Rice Terrace. You will stay at Ping'an village.
Day 5 Longji Hiking tour from Ping'an to Jinkeng (B)
After breakfast, you will hike about 5 hours from Ping'an to Jinkeng. Ping'an to Jinkeng are the most beautiful part of Longji Scenery Area. There are quite a lot to see on the hiking journey. You enjoy the beautiful sceneries as well as enjoy to see the colourful costumes of local Zhuang and Yao women.
You will leave Longji for Sanjiang in the afternoon. It takes about more 2 hours drive to get there. The mountain road between Longsheng to Sanjiang is rather bumpy and it is always under construction. You will stay in Sanjiang overnight.
Day 6 Sanjiang Hiking tour and depart (B)
After breakfast, you will start your Sanjiang hiking tour around Sanjiang. There are some villages worth to go and it could be a tough and challenging trip, but it is the best way to deeply appreciate the natural beauty and local minority culture. Hiking for about 2-3 hours around the Dong villages to experience the charm of the minority cultures in the region.
You will visit the Chengyang Wind and Rain Bridge before be transferred back to Guilin airport in the afternoon. See you off at Guilin airport in the evening, end of the service.
