Day 1: Arrive in

Warmly welcomed by our guide and driver at the Beijing Capital International Airport and transferred to the hotel and check in at the hotel. Free for the rest of the day.
Day 2: Beijing (B, L)
After breakfast, visit the
Temple of Heaven, the largest building complex for worshiping the God of Heaven in the world. Then visit
Tiananmen Square including Tiananmen Rostrum, the symbolic landmark of Beijing and China and other main buildings such as National Museum of China, Great Hall of the People, parliament building of China, etc. Afterwards ,visit the
Forbidden City, the largest imperial palace complex in the world. After lunch drive to the
Summer Palace, the largest, most beautiful and exquisite imperial garden in the world.
Beijing Roast Duck for dinner at Quanjude Restaurant. After dinner, drop you off at your hotel and finish the pleasant tour of the day.
Day 3: Beijing (B, L)
Pick you up at the hotel and set off for the Thirteen
Ming Tombs in Changping District. Driving along Badaling Expressway, when approaching Thirteen Ming Tombs, best preserved and have the greatest number of tombs of emperors in the world, you will see magnificent Marble Arch, the symbol of Ming Tombs, Big Red Gate, Sacred Way flanking by Stone Carvings of Animals from the coach window and the visit Changling, the mausoleum of Emperor Yongle who was the third emperor of the Ming Dynasty. He was the most famous historical figure among the Ming Emperors. After lunch, driving along Badaling Expressway, you will see the magnificent Juyongguan Pass, one of the three most famous strategic passes of the Great wall, as well as one of the eight ancient beauties of Beijing scenic spots on the way to Badaling which is the best preserved section of the Great Wall. Climb up the
Great Wall, well-known for the longest defense wall in the world. What a great experience! You will become "a true man, heroes and heroines on the Great Wall" as the old Chinese saying goes. (Cable Car is optional). After dinner, enjoy Beijing Opera Show or Chinese Kungfu Show or Chinese Acrobatic Show. After show, drop you off at your hotel and finish the pleasant tour of the day.
Day 4: Beijing (B, L)
Warmly welcomed by our tour guide and driver when picking you up at your hotel at the agreed time upon reservation, and go sightseeing for the Relic park of Imperial City Wall of Ming Dynasty. Afterwards, visit
Yonhegong Tibetan Lama Temple, which has been active since it was converted to Buddhism temple from the residence of the crown price Yinzhen who later became Emperor Yong Zheng, the third emperor of the Qing Dynasty. And then visit Confucius Temple, in which people come to pay their respect to the ancient great thinker, educator and philosopher - Confucius. After lunch, go sightseeing for
Panda Garden, and see lovable pandas, the national treasure of China and the symbol of friendship in the beautiful garden. The next tourist attraction is the New Qianmen Street. Finally visit Wangfujing Street, one of China's oldest and most famous commercial areas. After the tour, drop you off at your hotel and finish the pleasant tour of the day.
Day 5: Beijing (B, L)
Warmly welcomed by our tour guide and driver when picking you up at your hotel at the agreed time upon reservation, and then set off for National Grand Theatre from the hotel. First visit the
National Theatre. It was designed by French architect Bora Andolu. The construction lasted from 2001 to 2005. Enclosed by clear water, it is in a shape like a dome. The most costly stage for performance and center of arts also a mixture of west and east cultures. Then Hutong Rickshaw Tour.
Hutong means lane or alley in Chinese and was first come to being in the Yuan Dynasty dating back to 700 years ago. There were 6000 Hutongs which allocated horizontally and vertically all over the city and made Beijing outlined as if a chest board in the ancient time. You can sit in a rickshaw, the means of transport in the Qing Dynasty, and look around Hutongs flanking by quadrangle houses alongside. Then visit
Prince Gong's Mansion.The mansion is the most exquisitely decorated and best preserved of the princes' mansions in the capital. Besides the residence there is also a large garden.After lunch drive to the
National Stadium. Situated at the Olympic Green Park, it has a floor space of 258,000 sq meters. The National Stadium in Beijing is the main stadium for the 2008 Olympic Games. After the National Stadium, move on to National Swimming Center. It's one of the most dramatic and exciting venues to feature sporting events for the Beijing Olympics in 2008. Lastly visit 798 Art Zone, where you can meet local artists and appreciate their art works and masterpieces, and also is a good place to find your artistic souvenirs with full of imagination and creativity. After the tour, drop you off at the hotel and finish your pleasant tour of the day.
Day 6: Beijing - Hohhot (by overnight train - soft sleeper) (B)
Warmly welcomed by our tour guide and driver when picking you up at your hotel at the agreed time upon reservation. And then be transferred to Beijing West Railway Station and take overnight train to Hohhot. Spend the night on the train.
Day 7: Hohhot - Xilamuren Grassland (by land transportation) (/)
Arrive at Hohhot City in the morning, and go sightseeing for Xilamuren Grassland. Have Mongolian special food- Shouba Lamb for lunch. What's more, a Mongolian folk singer will sing and toast to the audience in the ceremony. In the afternoon, pay a visit to a nomadic family and they will treat you with delicious homemade dairy products and enjoy happy time with them in Mongolian yurts. And then go to see horse racing and wrestling game and you can try horse riding if you are courageous enough! (Pay at your own expenses.)
After dinner, enjoy the Mongolian folk singing and dancing performance at the Meadow Night bonfire party. Stay at deluxe yurt.
Day 8: Xilamuren Grassland - Hohhot (by land transportation) - Beijing (by overnight train) (B, L)
In the early morning, go to see the sun rising on the horizon of the vast grassland. After breakfast, drive back to Hohhot City, and visit Zhao Jun Mausoleum, Dazhao Temple and the largest dinosaur museum in Asia. After dinner, leave for Beijing by overnight train (soft sleeper).
Day 9: Arrive in Beijing (/)
Arrive in Beijing in the morning, be met by our tour guide and driver and be transferred back to your hotel in Beijing.
