The Pearl River system is China's third longest river (2,200 km, after the Yangtze River and the Yellow River), and second largest by volume (after the Yangtze). The Pearl River is named this because it contains a stone island resembling a huge pearl, polished by the constantly-flowing water of the river.
The trip will start from the Xidi Dock and end at the Guangzhou Bridge. There are more than thirty attractive areas along the bank -- cruise eastward, pass by Jiefang Bridge, Haizhu Bridge,Jiangwan Bridge, Haiyin Bridge, Guangzhou Bridge, Hedong Bridge, and then return back. The tourists could enjoy nightscapes along the banks: Baiyun Mountain,Chen Jia Ci, Zhen Hai Lou, East Train Station Square, Ocean view at the Lotus Hill, Guangdong Olympia Stadium Center, Huang Hua Gang 72 martyrs Cemetery and so on.
