Day 1: Arrive in Lhasa
our tour guide will be awaiting for you at the airport or the train station and transfer you to your hotel in Lhasa. Upon arrival, take rest for altitude acclimatization.
Day 2: Visit Jokhang Temple , Barkor Market Street and Potola Palace

Day 3:Visit the Gyantse via Yamdrok Lake, late afternoon drive to Shigatse.
Travel from Lhasa to Gyantse monastery and stupa by crossing the Kamba la (4794m.) and the Karol la pass (5010m.) after which you will see the spectacular Yamdrok tso, also known as the Turquiose Lake, over 72 km (45 miles) long. According to local mythology, Yamdrok Yumtso lake is the transformation of a goddess. Then, in the late afternoon drive to Shigatse. Shigatse contains the huge Tashilhunpo Monastery, founded in 1447 by Gendun Drup, the First Dalai Lama. It is the traditional seat of the Panchen Lamas. In the 2nd week of the 5th lunar month (around June/July), Tashilhunpo Monastery is the scene of a 3-day festival and a huge thangka is displayed. stay in Shigatse
Day 4: travel to Everest Camp
Morning, after breakfast, start driving from Shigatse along the road then the passes approaching Everest camp. Stop at Old Tingri town for lunch and a short rest. The road is a bit rough, on the way you will cross over Gyatsola Pass at 5,220m., which is the highest enroute pass. Afternoon travel to Everest Camp, taking about 2 hours. Spend the night at Everest Camp tent guesthouse (dorm beds in the tent). Note: The entrance fee to Everest Camp is 180rmb/per person. You will have a chance to see the sunset here over the majestic Himalayan peaks.
Day 5: In the morning, you will see the sunrise from Everest Base Camp, then return to Rongbuk and start driving back to Shigatse. Spend the night at Shigatse.
Day 6: In the morning, you may visit the Bachen Lama Set- Tashilunpo Monastery, which was built in 1447 by the first Dalai Lama. In the afternoon drive back to Lhasa along Yarlong Tsangpo river via the Nepal Friendship Road. Spend the night in Lhasa.
Day 7: Send you to Lhasa airport or train station.Your wonderful Tibet tour ends.
