Terms and Conditions for Reservation about Yangtze River Cruise |
CRUISE FARES: 1. Fares are quoted in US dollars or the equivalent amount in RMB. Fares include meals on board and shore excursions, while personal expenses such as bar consumptions, hair and beauty treatments, medical clinic, on board shopping are not included. 2. Children under 2 years of age will be charged 10% of the adult fare; children between 2 and 12 years of age will be charged 50% of the adult fare; children of 12 years and over will be charged full adult fare. Child occupying a bed will be charged 75% of the adult fare. 3. The standard cabin rate is for double occupancy. Single occupancy in a twin-bedded cabin will be charged an additional 75%of the adult fare.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT: 1. Reservations are required to be made in writing either by fax or by email. Confirmation will be made upon receipt of the reservation. A deposit must be received within 3 days after the reservation is confirmed. We reserve the right to release the reservation if deposit is not received by the deadline. 2. The following information must be provided along with the reservation: Names of guests, number of guests, type of room requested, number of beds requested, nationality, sailing date with boarding port and arrival and any special requests. 3. Full payment must be remitted to our company's bank account before the deadline. Otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. 4. Holiday China Tour is not responsible for cancellation or forfeiture due to misdirected funds or customer error.
CANCELLATION AND COMPENSATION: 1. If the valid reservation is cancelled, the deposit will not be refunded. 2. 50% of the cruise fare will be charged upon receipt of a cancellation within 21 to 8 days prior to the sailing date. 100% of cruise fare will be charged within 7 days prior to the sailing date.
RESPONSIBILITIES: All arrival and departure time, shore excursions and lectures are subject to change due to weather, river conditions, mechanical breakdown and permission from navigational authorities. Should the cruiser failed to continue the voyage, the Holiday China Tour will be responsible for transferring the passengers to another cruiser of similar category (Only applicable to groups with paid deposit)., |
