Jiuxian Village, Yangshuo

Jiuxian Village is a small, quiet ancient village which situated in on the bank of Yulong River of Baisha Township, Yangshuo. Jiuxian Village is famous for its ancient grey brick buildings and there is no commercialization. Here you can see a real rustic village. It's really a pretty quiet, peaceful old village embedded in the middle of Karst peaks.

Jiuxian Village is certainly worth exploring, among the many courtyards you will find an ancestral hall and the small cobbled alleyways will lead you in between the cluster of old traditional dwellings. While the preserved architecture is a photographer's delight, the natural surroundings are stunning as well.
