Dongcheng Mosque is also named New Muslim Village. It is located at No.187, Yongle Road, New District of Xian. The mosque was first built in 1940. Nowadays , the mosque has a resident Imams who administer the five daily prayers and the Friday Djuma Service. Usually there have three or four hundred people come to pray. But in Laisser Bairam or Corban Festival, there have more than four thousand Muslim people to take part in the religious activities.
