Kwei Yuen's original owner was former general Chung-Chi-Dsun of KMT. It's called Kwei-Yuen for 2 osmanthus trees in the central course. Mr. Mau-Tse-Tung lived in Kwei-Yuen when Chongqing Negotiation was going on here.
Oct 10th 1945, Mau and Chou and KMTs deputies signed the famous "Double 10 Agreement" in a small meeting room on first floor to the left.
