Yarlung valley is the cradle of Tibetan civilization; there are numerous "First" things in Yarlung Valley. In Tibet, people believe that human beings were converted by a monkey and a widely known legend says that the event took place just in Tsedang. Two dynasties Tubo and Pakdru rose up in Yarlung Valley, especially the national hero, Songtsan Gampo based in Yarlung Valley and unified whole Tibet.
