Day 1: - Arrival in Beijing
Upon your arrival in Beijing, our tour guide will meet you at the airport and take you to the hotel. The rest of the day is free at your own leisure.
Day 2: - Beijing
After a good night's rest, the next morning you start to see the historic Tiananmen Square, the largest city center square in the world and the spiritual heart of China.
Walk through the Tiananmen Gate and you will go to the Forbidden City - the imperial palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties (1420-1911).
In the afternoon, you will be taken to the Summer Palace, where the Royalty Garden in Qing dynasty .you will see the famous "Long Corridor, Marble Boat" and so on.
Day 3: - Beijing
Today is a long day of driving about 70 kilometers to the Badaling Great Wall. Though it is quite challenging and quite steep, it is definitely worth climbing as much as you could. The experience will last a lifetime.
Then after lunch is drive to the Dingling Ming Tomb of Ming Imperial Tombs. Enjoy a famous Peking Duck Banquet for dinner.
Day 4: - Beijing - Xian
After breakfast, visit the splendid Temple of Heaven, the symbol of Beijing, where the emperors performed intricate rituals to insure a good harvest for the whole nation at ancient times.
And then take the afternoon flight to Xian. Upon your arrival, our local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free at your own leisure.
Day 5: - Xian
Today, you will enjoy a full-day excursion to the incredible life-size Terracotta Army of Warriors and Horses, the highlight of Xian, an unbelievable archeological treasure, which is absolutely a "must see" for anyone visiting China.
After lunch, take a stroll on the top of the Ancient City Walls to feel the ambience of this ancient capital, and then visit the Bell Tower.
Day 6: - Xian - Guilin
After breakfast, you will have a city tour to the Shanxi Provincial Museum to further explore the city and to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda before your onward flight to the next destination--Guilin.
Upon your arrival at Guilin, the most scenic city in China, our local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free at your own leisure.
Day 7: - Guilin - Yangshuo - Guilin
After breakfast, drive to Zhujiang Pier (about 40-minute drive) to start the boat cruise along the tranquil Li River, the highlight of your sightseeing tour in Guilin, until you get to Yangshuo, the most beautiful county in China.
At Yangshuo, after roaming through the West Street, you can take some countryside tour programs (price exclude) like bamboo rafting on Yulong river or comorant fishing show on Yulong river before going back to Guilin (1.5-hour drive).
Day 8: Guilin - Shanghai
Today's excursion in the city center will bring you to the Elephant Trunk Hill, the Fubo Hill and the Reed Flute Cave before your transfer to the airport for your flight to Shanghai.
Upon your arrival at Shanghai, China's most cosmopolitan city, our local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free at your own leisure.
Day 9: - Shanghai
Today, your full-day excursion of incredible Shanghai will include: Shanghai Museum, Yuyuan Garden and Yuyuan Market.
You can take a stroll along the Bund or a cruise along the Huangpu River at night to enjoy the night view of the dynamic Shanghai.
Day 10: - Shanghai - Exit
Free in the day to explore the metropolis until our local guide escorts you to the airport for your flight to your sweet home. |
